                                          DIGITAL PRINT

We have used this procedure to successfully enhance our pad printing process for
some time now. This new printing solution is most suitable for full-panel printing and
halftones and/or Ƃ nely detailed prints. It is mainly used for the areas where pad print-
ing reaches the limits of its capability. Since pre-printing procedures such as the de-
velopment of color separations or plates are unnecessary, this process is eco-friendly.
Moreover, digital information can be stored or modiƂ ed more easily.

Digital prints are also treated with our benchmark protective lacquer technology,
which enables an increase in the abrasion stability by a factor of > 100. The same
application exceptions apply to digital printing as for pad printing.
Matt Nylon 111 mm, two-component 111 mm and the Golf Tool are not compatible
for digital printing as of now.
In addition, the colors silver and gold cannot be reproduced via digital printing.
