DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY




           Victorinox, a family-owned company, and all its employees are bound by our own global Code of Conduct which is based on the company
           values and international standards. The Code of Conduct is a guideline for ethical, legally compliant and responsible conduct. Among other
           things, it deƂ nes how we do business and our commitment to sustainability, respect for human rights and environmental protection, as
           well as the rejection of corruption and forced or child labour.

           Victorinox has implemented an effective quality management system and complies with all statutory requirements (such as the Product
           Safety Act (PrSG) and the EU Product Safety Regulation 2001/95/EG):

            Metal:            food contact      – under Regulation (EG) 1935/2004/EG on materials and articles intended to come into

                                                All materials are tested in accordance with acceptance test certiƂ cate 3.1 as per SN EN
                                                10204. All requirements and guidelines comply with the provisions of the SN EN ISO
                                                8442-1.de standard.

            Synthetic materials:   REACH        – under Regulation (EG) 1907/2006 (REACH).
            Scales/handles
                                                All synthetic materials are free from polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH).
                              Household knives  – under Regulation 1935/2004/EG and 10/2011 on materials and articles made of
                                                  synthetic material that are intended to come into contact with food.

            Electronic parts,   RoHS            – under Regulation 2011/65/EG (RoHS).
            LEDs, USBs, displays
                                                – under Regulation 2002/96/EG: Regulation on Waste Electrical and Electronic
