PANEL GUIDE
Button Panel
The cap panels are the sections of fabric sewn
together to create the crown.
The number of panels is crucial, determining
both the shape and structure of the cap as well
as the customisation options, effectively guiding
customisation choices.
Visors
5-PANEL CAP
It consists of a front panel, two side panels and two others covering the top
and back of the head. A favourite accessory in the world of skateboarding
and streetwear, the 5-panel features a spacious front panel that's ideal for
affixing designs and logos, making this model particularly suited to screen-
printing for a clean, visually striking finish.
6-PANEL CAPS
The iconic, traditional 6-panel cap is inspired by the world of baseball
and polo. The centre seam of the front panel can influence the choice of
marking location. Perfectly fitted, it moulds to the shape of your head for
optimum comfort. In a more classic style, the 6-panel cap is recommended
for embroidery branding, thanks to its structure which enhances the
finesse and precision of the embroidered motif.
7-PANEL CAP
Less common, this type of cap combines elements of the 5-panel and
6-panel caps, with an additional panel on the front, offering a more atypical
shape and extra branding space.
SNAPBACK CAP
It stands out in the streetwear world with its specific design: a flat, wide
peak. Its rigid crown structure offers excellent hold and a large front
surface, ideal for visible, high-impact branding.
TRUCKER CAP
It features a 5- and 6-panel structure, combining a front panel for
high-impact branding and a mesh back for excellent ventilation. The
sublimation technique is particularly suitable for the front panel.
