SAMPLE ORDER
We would be happy to send you our TROIKA products. However, we ask for your understanding that this can only be done for a fee, plus VAT, post-
age & packaging. Samples and specimens are approximate illustrative pieces for quality, dimensions, weight and colour.

EXCESS OR SHORT DELIVERIES
For technical production reasons, excess or short deliveries of up to 10% cannot be ruled out. The quantity actually delivered will be invoiced.

DELIVERIES
Unless otherwise agreed, our deliveries are made by UPS Standard or DHL Standard and are invoiced according to their price lists. Subsequent
deliveries are made without additional freight costs.
CONDITION OF THE GOODS
Differences in the quality of products and goods, e.g. grain of leather, colour deviations of +/- 10 %. Register differences of up to 0.1 mm for
prints, insignificant deviations in colours and contours depending on the type of material and coating, as well as slight deviations of up to 0.1
mm for engravings and prints from one produced item to the next (of an order) are deemed to be in accordance with the contract.
