We are proud to announce that many of our products, marked with the
above symbols, have now transitioned to more sustainable and preferred
materials. This is an important step toward greater environmental responsi-
bility. However, during a transitional period, some deliveries may still include
items made from non-recycled or non-organic materials.
A key part of our unique selling proposition is maintaining a large and reliable
stock to quickly deliver large quantities. This capability allows us to offer con-
sistent and dependable service even during transitional periods. To honor
this commitment, we have chosen to utilize our existing inventory rather than
discard it. Discarding it would create unnecessary environmental burdens
and waste resources while we continue to work toward our sustainability
goals.
We are committed to balancing customer needs with our ongoing efforts
to reduce our environmental impact. Thank you for your understanding and
support as we continue transitioning to sustainable materials while maintain-
ing the reliability and scale you rely on.

We are gradually transitioning to garment-colored zip pullers, and during
the transition period, deliveries may include both garment-colored (delivered
with separate contrasting pullers) and contrasting zip pullers.
