Cork 9
A natural product that is quickly gaining popularity • Overview of materials
Cork is back with a vengeance. It is made from the bark of the cork oak tree and is fully biodegradable and easy
to recycle. In addition, cork is light, soft and versatile. It is easy to process into beautiful promotional products. The
use of cork gives products a strikingly beautiful and warm appearance.
Organic cotton
The soft refinement of natural textiles
Cotton is breathable, light and mostly affordable. Organic cotton is grown without artificial fertilisers and synthetic
pesticides. More rainwater and less irrigated water is used for cultivation, and the plant grows at a natural rate.
This results in strong, soft fibres suitable for long-term use.
Organic cotton typically has a lower impact on the environment and supports a more natural approach to cotton
production. This makes it a great basis for conveying a promotional message.
Bamboo
Naturally on trend
Bamboo is strong, fully degradable and visually appealing. Bamboo can grow up to a metre a day and requires
no pesticides or herbicides to thrive, making it an efficient and low-threshold plant for renewable production.
Harvesting bamboo does not require replanting, as the plant’s roots remain in place and continue to produce new
shoots. Bamboo is naturally antibacterial and easy to clean. Pure nature; therefore, each bamboo product has its
own unique colour. A beautiful basis for functional products.
Sugar cane waste
Sugarcane as biobased raw material for promotional products
Sugar cane belongs to the grass family and is a fast-growing crop. After harvesting and producing sugars, leaves
and stems remain as residual products. Instead of burning this waste, these remnants are now used as raw
material for bio-plastics. Sugarcane removes CO2 from the air while growing and is highly resistant to disease
and drought, reducing the resources needed to maintain the plant. This makes sugarcane an excellent choice for
producing innovative, hard-wearing materials. Collection 2025
